Description:

Verify already generated result of students, and create excel sheet report.

The verification process is done districtwise. And report is generated for students appeared for exam in that district.

This report consists details of marks obtained in each subject by students and highlight marks for inconsistencies.

1. Due to huge number of students, stringent deadlines and custom reports requirements, we have developed an in house custom software for result processing.

2. After scanning answer sheets, we obtain the answers marked by each student in various subjects. These are mapped with correct answers and thus marks for each subject are obtained. For exams other than that on OMR like practical exams, we obtain marks of the students from the center.

3. These marks are then feed into result generation rule engine which considers various factors like category of student, fresh or repeat student, grace marks logic, percentage calculation and pass class division calculation.

4. After the results are generated, institute can access its view via cloud and can suggest corrections in name or marks after their manual verification. Post-verification, we can print the mark sheets with dynamic details of students and their color or gray scale photographs.

5. The web application for result processing is complete cloud based and has a security in user access management. Change requests and update logs are generated in the system. Custom dashboard and reports are generated from the system for institutes to view.
